Employing a Classroom Response System to Teach Law: A Case Study

The term clicker or Classroom Response System (CRS) describes technology which allows an educator to record, display and manipulate student responses. They provide options for multiple choice, yes/no, true/false, numerical and free text responses which can then be displayed in real time on the large screen of the lecture theatre or embedding in a virtual learning environment. [2] [3] Systems have now been developed to enable responses to be gained from students’ mobile phones, therefore bypassing the need for the purchase and distribution of handsets.
